Today I had a TELE health appointment with my psychiatrist. One of the first things she said: What’s being going on in your life you seem calmer and lighter! I was like well I had my husband move out of the house because working on things in the house wasn’t working. It’s interesting that she instantly picked up on that because the last time I talked to her he had fully left yet.
I polyurethaned the floors today told Jonny about it. He came to take Zoey to the legion to sell chocolate for 40 minutes and pick up food. When he picked her up I said the floors still tacky and I’m trying to get everyone to not walk on it so much. He dropped her off later. Came through on the floor with wet fucking sneakers on more than once!!! This instantly gets my stress level up! I spend all this time doing work to make things nice and he comes behind me like a destructive toddler making messes and not thinking about anything but what’s important to him which tonight was hurrying to get to a bowling league 🙄
